Software in service of human flourishing.

Tools made with care, owned by their users, and built for the people they help become.

01 — Thesis

Love as craft.
Engineering
as medium.

Agape is a small software studio building tools for human agency, ownership, and evolution. The name joins a philosophy with a practice: chosen care, and the discipline of making things that work.

ἀγάπη — Greek. Selfless, unconditional love. Chosen care.

02 — Principles
01Love as method

Software should respect the person using it.

02Sovereignty

Users own their data, attention, and tools.

03Craft

Things are made well or not at all.

04Meaning

Tools should help people become more capable.

05Community

We build in public and contribute to the commons.

03 — Direction

Current
direction

Agape is beginning as a collection of small, careful tools. The first experiments will explore personal software, open-source infrastructure, learning systems, creative tools, and human-computer interfaces.

05 — Note

A note
from Jorge

“Agape is starting as a thesis before it becomes a company. I'm building it slowly, in public, with the belief that software can be more honest, more beautiful, and more useful than most of what we accept today.”
